AnonymousBonded labour is abolished in India and hence such agreements are not enforceable. At the most you can ask the employee to serve the notice period, if any, or, ask her to pay you equivalent salary in lieu of notice period.

AnonymousThe current company has a two year bond which is signed at time of joining. Herein it is mentioned that in case the employee leaves before 2 years, relieving letter will be provided only at the end of 2 years.
My probation was extended to another 3 months, in this case, in case I want to leave for personal reasons, will or should the company give me relieving letter ?
