Dear Sir
I am working in a automobile firm as HR executive and i want to know all the labour law and statutory compliance penalties and fine if they are not followed,can anyone help me on this.

Under which Act it comes i.e Factories Act or S&E Act. Also what do you mean by firm?
Penalties for offences will differ depending upon its nature. My suggestion is instead of investigating what will be the penalty for non compliance, you can make efforts to comply with the provisions of the act.
