Hello,
when I had the discussion regarding salary at interview tym., I was told that "You can now opt out of PF" even I was worried and asked that 2-3 tyms (abt the EPF that its mandatory) but when I gt my salary, there was a deduction of 3600(EPF from employers + employees side) and when I asked about the clarity, they said since it was deducted earlier so it's mandatory.. now my take home salary is reduced by 3600 so the question is
Do I need to ask the management to increase my salary as per the discussion or not to ask them?

has it been given in writting that you can opt out? if no, then case is not valid, also unless u have filled the pf forms they wouldnt have option to create pf account in that case again case becomes void, pf exemption can be considered on specific scenario, please refer to earlier post
now that its deducted it will continue, its not deduction its savings thats the concept behind

No chance of that even if you and employer agreed. See any agreement that contravenes law is void. so even if employer agreed to that it is not enforceable. Thus you cannot ask for compensation. See details in footnote.
