Dear friends we have bpo as a part of our company. we are facing a small problem in that. bpo staffs asking to change the name instead of bpo for their department. our management too accept their queries. so we are planning to initiate other name instead of bpo to their department. kindly suggest me any name for the lease reply me as quick as possible. thanks

How to get into a talent acquisition profile from recruitment? whats better?
Hi all... i just joined as an hr recruiter its just been 15 days.i havent done mbabut plan to pursue... i am an engineering graduate : i come from a bpo back ground.i have 5 years work exp. in bpo for an international voice process. i am not really happy as of now with recruitment as its a typical calling profile.i came in hr field for a profile change and a career growth. my manager demands me to be aggressive as its an imp. aspect of recruitment. i come from a bpo profile were we were taught to be very polite soft spoken and empathizing. thusi am also very soft spoken and polite. i strength is my communication and politeness that i think can be utilized well in a different field of hr.. finall y we all are humans i cant be rude i want to grow in the hr field either in training and development or talent acquisition as i feel i can give my best and enjoy my work as well. i am not aware what these fields are though just have read some articles on the internet for the same. can some one guide me so that it can help me to get into core hr and the above specializations. attribution #ixzz2xghcqliw
Caught in the wrong job profile
Dear all its been 10 years i am working with retail sector. i am a part of front end management team working as a 'store ops manager'. but i got quite sick of the profile of handling front end operations & trying my best to find a suitable opening in corporate / backend sector. but till now i am unable to find a one. the more i am trying to find a job in backend part the more i am getting calls for front end part only. consequently i am very frustrated & not enjoying my profile at all. i do not have any issue with retail industry but this is the front end profile which is killing me slowly & slowly. kindly help
