Hello Expert Professionals
I would like to know what are the rules and regulations in Indian in Private Jobs (Outsourcing- not in BPO) sector.
Is every employee eligible to get minimum appraisal ?
Please send me some links or source where I can get the information about employees rights about their appraisal.
Regards
Sumeet

Labour law only makes provision to ensure payment of minimum wages. To my knowledge there is no Pan India act that regulates appraisals.
Not only minimum wages, labour laws provide for many other rights and liabilities, but on appraisals.
Appraisal is a process which an organisation has to embrace if it wants to improve its performance in terms of production, manufacturing, marketing, sales, service etc.whichever is applicable. It should be part of an organisation's mission. Much depends upon what kind of employees and at what levels such appraisal process to be covered. There are appraisal processes ranging from 90 degrees to 360 degrees. Normally, labour or workmen level employees are not covered in an appraisal process. The topic is quite vast and cannot be explained so easily here.. There are scholarly articles available in internet. Why internet .... a lot of articles are available in Citehr itself.
Best wishes
