Hello in some private organizations there is a provision of employee pension scheme under which a specific amount get deducted from employee s every month salary and it get deposited in employee pension scheme as like pf. my queries are; 1does any employee working in pvt.organization will receive a pension every month after his/her retirement ? 2does after the death of an employee working in pvt.organization his spouse will receive the pension every month ? 3is this pension scheme is same as that of govt.pension scheme ? 4if an employee keep on changing the organization every after 5 years so how pension scheme get implemented ? 5lastly how much amount of pension will an employee will receive after his/her retirement ?is there any formula to calculate it ? thanks in advance. regards rb
Unable to submit pension contribution for a new employee who has an existing uan no.
Good morning i would like to ask a question that when we have submitted the pf contribution through pf portal it has surprisingly shown that one of our new employee is not entitled/eligible for pension scheme. i also like to inform you that the uan no. of said employees has been generated by his previous company. in this situation we have paid his both shares to his epf account. can you please guide me how can we submit his pension share submit properly?

Two uan can be clubbed for the settlement of pf and the family pension?
Hi this is sanjay. my question is that earlier i was in a company around 10 years from which i had been transferred to the other one. i was having the uan no. of the earlier company. the new one company has also created the uan no. for me. now my question is that could be the both uan nos. will be considered for the pension. because i have withdrawn the pf of the earlier company. family pension part is still pending. i will be going to retire after 4 years. so i want to know that can the both uan be clubbed for the settlement of pf and the family pension? or i will have to claim separately for pension? is it possible to get the both uan clubbed together for consideration of the pension and family pension? the total service period after retirement will be around 36 years. further i also want to know that can my services will be counted from first from 1984? because i have not changed the company. my company was taken over by the other one and i had been transferred accordingly. information on this will be a great help to me. thanks n regards. sanjay

Sir i have worked in a company for 15 years and during termination of my service i am eligible for the pension scheme and after closure of my pf account i have got pension scheme certificate from the epf office. after two years i have again joined in that company and pf and epf are deducting from the salary and going to the pension scheme. in this situation how i link my old pension and new pension deductions. pl. advice
