Yes they are entitled to all statutory leave. See law presumes that contract labour works under the supervision of occupier rather then contractor so for the purpose of labour laws you duty is kind of joint with occupier.

Most of the companies not allowing them to avail any CL, SL or Earned leave. They are treated as no work no pay catogory only. if they not attended duty they may not get wage. Com off only allowed in some companies.
