to accept the resignation of MD & proceed
With the same for resignation formalities. Pls
Clarify in details being HR what is my liability
toward MD resignation and what's compliances i will have to comply in respect of MD resignation. However i am much worried in this situation because never have
Deal in such scenario like top brass resignations,
Please guide me urgent basis

If you organisation is a company, then you cannot accept the resignation. The resignation can be made only addressed to secretary or chairman of Board of Directors. Even that person was the chairman of board of director, then it must be addressed to board of directors. All other procedures of company act need to be addressed.
