Dear All,
Greetings!
I work as a HR with a Software company which is into ERP business. I am a fresher and it has been 1 month since I have joined here. During this month, I have seen many people leaving. During their exit interview I asked them the reason and everyone said they are looking for better opportunity. So, I want to conduct a survey in which I can understand the main reason of leaving and what they think about the company.
Please guide me as to from where should I begin?
Thanks & Regards,
Janice

Dear Janice,
Attrition is a common problem across the industries and there could be company specific reasons. However, before conducting survey, you may do the attrition analysis. Earlier, I have given exhaustive reply about attrition analysis. Check the following link to refer it:

I recommend you doing analysis of the attrition and preparing action plan. Upload the action plan on this forum and some senior like me could suggest corrections.
