There are multiple short terms courses available from different institutions AS XLRI, IGNOU, IIM Pune and others to enhance once certificate lobby.
As HR. Analytics
HR Generalist
Strategic HR Professional
Certified Recruitment HR professional and various others.
If i tell you frankly these courses are done while working some where as a HR, as above courses are of maximum 3-4 months time period , hence with job one can go for.
one fact is also here i want to expose that above courses attracts professionals working from long time in industry having rich experience with them.
As when you got for such courses while doing job some where , your experience , profile and exposure takes you at other level,the approach you have now for industry will be totally different with a HR manager working in industry from 5- 6 years .
IGNOU might be the best option if you are still willing to add more certificates in your C.V., other wise i would suggest after completing your MBA must get engaged in job , this exactly is required for an MBA professional for now.
