The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) today raised the monthly wage limit to Rs 21,000, from the existing Rs 15,000, for coverage ,when its going to implement .Currently i'm working in private sector i'm getting salary above 15000 in my organisation .now whether esi is compulsory or option, because they are not paid Provident fund .Its possible to eligible for pf and esi or only for esi.Pls give me solution

ESI is mandatory, seek for ESI card from your organisation. ESI remittance is online now and you can check it out with the local ESI office if you have doubts
