I recently started a recruitment firm. I searched in search box and in different discussion categories, but could not find it.
1. I want to know that "why candidate stability warranty (candidate replacement guarantee) is given"??
2. "why stability warranty is 3months standard"??

Generally 3 months warranty to given to ensure that candidate will work for the company on our behalf.
what if candidate leaves after 1 month,when your paid with recruiting charges.
Also 3 months is standard because ,usually in IT companies notice period is 3 months. Incase if candidate leaves without serving notice period,placement consultants are responsible for replacement.
In non it firms guarantee(not warranty) is for 1 month.

3 months notice means the firm believe that in 3 months they will be able to find a replacement so their work will not affect. so if a candidate leaves without notice we must provide immediate replacement so that their work does not hamper.
What if the company have 1 month notice provision, there we should give 1 month stability guarantee
How guarantee and warranty differ in this case ?
