Respected sir/mam Please guide me when is made the latest amendment in factory act because I downloaded a file from this site as which show amendment in 2014. Which some point are as
Cooling water
Rest room
First aid box
Leave with wages
And funeral expenses.
.most of these are shown in amendment in 2014 in that file
Please guide me about these all current no.. as cooling water is for how many 250 or what?
Canteen is for 250/200
Chreche 30/50
Rest room150/75
First aid box 150/75
Patrons 250
Leave with wages in a year 240/90
What is the amount of funeral expences..
And how many days leaves are provided under maternity act as before pregnancy and after pregnency or in case of miscarriage also.
Please guide me.

be specific about the factory for which the rules are sought, as the licence fees is slab wise, the facilities also get variable slab wise.
if the factory is engaged in hazardous activities, then a full separate appendix is to be added
so state the number of employees, and main activity of factory.
regarding funeral expense, if the member is covered under ESIC, then it is borne by ESIC
