Dear All,
We filed ECR on new unified portal of EPFO. But at the time of making payment site error occurred due to which TRRN status is now changed to "Awaiting payment response from Bank". So now we can't pay PF at all. What to do now???? Please help!!

if we make delay of more than 4 minutes after login in bank portal it happens, leave it as it is , in few hours it would get available again for payment
Dear colleagues,
As such there is Login issue and EPF site is under maintenance also these days..
You may encounter problems like data omission/ deletion and various other problems. Suggest you should try after 21st January.

Thank you for your response. We tried to make payment on 5th Jan; so it has been more than 10 days. Is there any way we can raise ticket or file compliant with technical support etc?
On a related note, is there any way to make offline payment if online payment is failing? We are trying since 1 week to make payment through our ICICI Bank Corporate account. There appears to be some problem with ICICI Bank new Corporate Internet Banking website, so after successful payment we are getting an error page instead of being redirected to the new EPFO website for payment confirmation. The amount is getting deducted from our bank account, but the EPFO website is at first showing it as awaiting payment but after about 2 days is is saying payment failed. The amount got credited back to our account after 3 days,and when we tried to make the payment again, the same thing happened. We are still awating for the refund credit on this failed payment. Today when I tried for the 3rd time, there was some java error, on the ICICI site, so payment failed again and it is still showing Awaiting Payment (so there is no option to try paying online now as the "Pay" button is removed during this status).

A similar error was received when I tried to make to ESI payment but luckily after 2 days the ESI site showed it as payment received (under Double Verification).

I am curious if anyone else with ICICI Bank (corporate account) or other bank has had a similar issue.

Also I would like to know if there is an option for offline payment of EPF dues. Please advise.

Note: 1. We have already reported this issue to the bank and tried to escalate it, to resolve any issues on their end.

2. Fortunately the PF payment due date has been extended to 20th this month, so we still have a few days time.

We are waiting for last 15 days for the status to change. No change as of yet. Can we file new ECR and leave the earlier as it is?
go to the link and check your TRRN status, where it is stuck, mostly it is stuck at the client bank portal, if it is found in status then call your banker to release the same

After waiting for three days we uploaded new ecr and generate new challan and maked payment of new challan. Is it right or we will face problem in future
