Hi All,

We are starting with initiative of "Wellness Program" for our Pune office employees. The headcount is around 65. Many corporate are doing this program already but we would like to have customized version of the program . We have below questions to have your experienced and valuable inputs to take this ahead..

1. what budget should we keep per employee spending wise?

2. Activities that it includes?

3. Does the company that we plan to go with for wellness program will charge us for portal use (for HR portal & Employee portal)? if Yes, what is approximate cost?

4. Do they also charge for management for different activities and analytics (post health check ups)? If yes, what is approximate cost?

5. How to keep employee motivated throughout year to take best/participate from/in wellness program?

When you read above and not able to answer all questions but know answers to some.. please do not stop yourself from writting to us with whatever information you have.
