Hi all,
EPFO Employer E-sewa site is not working from few days. In that case what we can do to deposit the Employees PF.
Without ELECTRONIC CHALLAN RETURN (ECR) & TRRN. How we can deposit the Employees PF. As you are aware after deposit 15 of the Month their would be penal damages and interest to paid the PF Authority.

The old esewa portal is not available now. With new version of UAN etc, the EPFO has launched new website. Please log in to this site and do the work.

The new portal (unifiedportal) is operational. But due to server problems it is always busy. When contacted the EPF Office they said that they are also experiencing the same problem and therefore, there is every possibility of charging interest and damages for the delayed payments. But just a couple of days back we could log in to this site and create UAN of the newly joined employees (those who have joined in December) by entering the details of individual members and also upload the ECR. However, again when we tried to log in for making payments, it is showing error. Today also the server is slow or busy though we could manage to log in. Please keep trying.

Thank you Madhu. We could open the site and pay. But after debiting our bank account successfully, we had error. The status was "Awaiting payment response from Bank". We are not sure when this status would change as "payment received".

Dear Mr. Rakesh Sharma,
I would like to inform you that, due to the Unified Portal working, EPFO have decided that as a special case, concession of grace period of 5 days is allowed for the employers to deposit the contribution and other dues for the month of December, 2016 by 20th January,2017. The notification is released on 12th Jan'17, yesterday only.

Dear Rakesh, In view of these difficulties, EPF dept. decided 5 days grace period for Dec-16 PF Challan, Please find the attached circular. I think it will help you.

We filed ECR a week ago but could not make online payment due to site error. Now, the TRRN Challan status is stuck at "Awaiting Payment response from Bank" and Pay link is also gone. How to pay PF now?

You mentioned that the amount was debited from your bank account but status was showing as awaiting payment. We had the same issue several times. Which Bank are you using?

In my case, we are trying since 1 week to make payment through our ICICI Bank Corporate account. There appears to be some problem with ICICI Bank new Corporate Internet Banking website, so after successful payment we are getting an error page instead of being redirected to the new EPFO website for payment confirmation. The amount is getting deducted from our bank account, but the EPFO website is at first showing it as awaiting payment but after about 2 days is is saying payment failed. The amount got credited back to our account after 3 days,and when we tried to make the payment again, the same thing happened. We are still awaiting for the refund credit on this second failed payment. Today when I tried for the 3rd time, there was some java error, on the ICICI site, so payment failed again and it is still showing Awaiting Payment (so there is no option to try paying online now as the "Pay" button is removed during this status).

A similar error was received when I tried to make to ESI payment but luckily after 2 days the ESI site showed it as payment received (under Double Verification).

We have already reported this issue to the bank and tried to escalate it, to resolve any issues on their end. But in the mean time, we don't know how to make the payment. Luckily we have until 20th this month.

Note: For me the new EPFO unified portal site has been opening fine whenever I tried, it has just been slow sometimes.

After several failed attempts which got refunded to our bank account (each time it took about 4 days to get refunded). Our last attempt on Jan 20th showed awaiting payment confirmation at first and then after about 5 minutes it showed as failed. But after 4 days the same payment status changed to "Payment confirmed". I would also like to know if we will get a remittance confirmation slip like we used to in the old ESEWA portal.
On a related note, where can we download the remittance confirmation slip for November month PF payment made in December in the old ESEWA portal? The new unified portal only shows the TRRN for December PF payment made in January in the new portal.

Dear All,
we have generate PF Challan on 13-01-2017 for Wages month December 2016 Challan and Payment same on Date But on 18-01-2017 Payment are fail and refund that amount our bank account so we have second time Payment on 19-01-2017 same TRRN Challan but System sow in Portal payment failed so we have contact Delhi PF Office & Rajkot PF office about this matter so he can advised generate new TRRN and payment same and failed Payment are Refund , and we have generate new TRRN and Payment on 20-01-2017 .
Till Date we are not any information about Refund issue
now we have see portal both TRRN conform Payment.
So we have request you to all please advise how to make refund process..........
i have many time call on delhi office and rajkot pf office bt not given satisfied answer...already near three month about this matter

Hi all,
one of our employee has applied for scheme certificate, he submitted the form in regional epfo office,the form has been rejected because of deviation the name he has withdrawn form - 19 with the name anirudh ramakanth rao in previous organisation but now he is saying my actual name is anirudh kumar singh as per the documents enclosed. now he is saying i want to apply form 10D with actual name. epfo officals are asking the explanation regarding this name change.
Please help me
