There is nothing like "good" or "bad" training topic. The training topics are derived from the Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Have you done proper TNA?
What are the productivity or performance issues? What are the quality issues? What are the staff issues? How do you measure the performance of the various departments?

Thereafter, do the training TNA, based on TNA prepare the training calendar, based on the training calendar conduct the training programme and thereafter measure the training effectiveness.
