Dear respected members,

I have been in this industry of Human Resources since last 10 years, though I was always handling the recruitment team and managed the operations for them and never interacted with employees. In my current job, I am serving as on a senior management position , and the president of the company is very generous(A dream boss) which everyone looks forward for though his nice nature had created problems for us in the management as Sir thinks that we should make sure that employees and ex-employees are happy and no shit /drama is created in the company premises. But does this mean that the HR should surrender to every employee and should do only those things which employee considers right?

Recently an ex-employee insulted us stating that you guys don't know how to create the experience letter and should research for the same. I have been doing the documentation work since last 8 years but the current company's policy says that if a company leaves the organization in less than 6 months time, the company does not owe any document to the concerned person, and the lady insulting us was terminated from the organization due to rude behavior and her arrogance following with no performance at work. Still, because sir had a wide heart he said that don't terminate her and ask her to put down the papers. She insulted me while I was doing exit formalities. when she was an employee she was used to insulting us even then.

I want to ask two things;

1. What documents should be created for an "asked to leave" employee while being in probation, after probation period?

2. Is there something which we can do for insulting us and being so shrewd in her conversation.

I am actually feeling sorry today that is being an HR means getting insulted now and then and abiding by the insult. Please guide me for clarifications.
