activate the 2nd UAN with a different mobile number request for passbook, check that all data is matching
after 4-5 days login with this portal with current (2nd UAN)
One Employee One PF
on successful login, seed your old account /s there, and get a print of the same
department will take initiatives to make transfer accordingly, if any mismatch arise, they will make a call to new registered mobile number for getting confirmation / query related to old account

wait 4 days minimum after uan activation
and put correct membership no of accounts to be seeded, they dont need UAN but the previous accounts, before clicking you have to click the declaration that you accept the terms of use, and liable for any wrong entry made by you

Hello everyone,
I need a help from you guys. I was worked with TCS which is an exempted trust. they transfered my PF to my current PF account. But unfortunately my Current PF a/c cannot be linked with my 1st UAN so my present company made new UAN no. and I activated the same. My both UAN nos are from same mobile nos.
The problem is as my last employer was an exempted trust so my passbook is not visible on the portal and as my present account not linked to the last one so I am unable to get my PF.
Now I want to withdraw or trnsfer my PF. How can I do that. Kindly do the need full..
Thanks & regards,
Khushboo Nigam

for TRUST based PF, please visit the TRUST office, here EPF has very limited role, EPF can only accept and credit the fund of member received from trust. and ask for some basic compliance of service, when credited,

Hi IMRAN_ILU49,
Did your problem got sorted out because I'm getting the same problem as you have. On the front page of One employee One pf account portal I had to put my registered mobile no, my uan no (2nd UAN) and my corresponding member account no, then the moment I clicked on "Generate OTP" it's showing "Invalid Credentials".
I checked and rechecked the details at least 50 times. With these same details I have logged into the UAN portal, downloaded passbook, but then in this particular portal god knows why it's showing Invalid Credentials.
By the Way when did you activated your 2nd UAN. I had activated on last friday and it's almost a week since then.
What's wrong with it. Please let me know if you are able to do it by now.
