Hi All,

I have a very important query?kindly need your help and openions...

One my friend was worked as a Deputy manger in leading private bank.

he selected for a Training program of Probationary Officer program through to get this bank job.

The Training program course fee was paid by bank as subsidy of loan. sumbmitting all his orginels education certicates to the bank with gurantor for the loan.

course duration:1year

on roll experience:4months only..

Now he got terminated.

Termination reason: Subimitting inflating the new joinee claim of hotel bill.

but he not get any amount credited to his account. just verification call he said I don't have any other bills.. I don't know how to claim. so I claimed it.

first time he was claiming.

but HR person directly giving termination and ask to pay loan amount of 24% intrest rate also. therse is no memo or warning nothing given.

(but people are still working with bank who tackle this situation such a way.)

my query's are?

1 .any possible to rejoin?

2. how he get any job relevant to bank as a termination of employment?

3.how to deal with bank regarduing this case?

4. any legal action will take?
