I need some help in doing an analysis on the current average market salaries in the IT industry. Also, need some help in doing salary benchmarking.
Have some queries
1. Would the average salaries be generic, when I say IT OR would be based on the size of the company?
2. Is it possible to do an analysis based on the company size?
