Ok, Team, I am with a large organization, and we need to give out money to engaged employees. We have a huge budget, and we are a BPO service provider company. Do suggest, the budget is very large

You can give them Holiday vouchers, or arrange a group picnics or maybe some outdoor training activities. May be go on some small hikes or treks or adventure. Focus more on experiences which will refresh the team.
