Sir, I worked with Pvt Ltd construction co for 3 year and 8 months, from where I did not get any gratuity.there after I transferred to their sister concern,,a
partnership co doing Vehicle Dealership and I have completed 2 years of continues service. In both Company a single person is the main promoter, in first company he is holding 90% of share capital and in the second company his capital and profit sharing percentage is 95%. Please advice me whether I am eligible for any gratuity?

Dear Friend,
You are not eligible due to there are two company but their partner is different but one partner is same another partner is different so that you are not eligible for Gratuity.
