Please help us we are working in one central government autonomous body organization through manpower agency. We are not able to get our salary properly still we does not get November Month salary also. In this regarding we meet many times our manpower agency but they says we does not get the previous month paid wages from our organization. Hence we meet our higher official regarding our wages but for that our manpower agency issue MEMO for us
1) whether they issue the MEMO for us is correct or not?
2) they pay daily wages of Rs.407/- per day we working as a skilled labor exclude holidays, Saturday, Sunday whether it is correct or not ?
3) they does not give the wages even for week off also? is it correct or not?
4) what is the minimum wages for central sphere skilled labors as on date?
5) we are placed against the regular assistant post in this circumstance that Rs.407/- is correct not?
