I am getting message of fasttrack courses that there are few universities which are providing graduation certificates in 1 year. There are few institutes who are saying that they are affiliated by such universities which are providing such facility by giving back date admission (e.g. shobhit university). Please confirm me that wether this is correct or false information

For knowledge purpose, can pursue any qualification from any university.
For corporate careers, need to have good qualification from reasonably good institute.
For academic careers, any course should be 2 years PG for full time or 3 year course for part- time.
