I joined an unregistered company in pune 2.5 months back. I am in probation period for 3 months. Now I want to resign from this company without serving notice period but company is asking me to serve notice period of 1 month. I have offer of new company which doesn't want experience letter of these 2.5 months.
1) This unregistered company has given me an offer in which notice period is mentioned 120 days. But they didnt mention notice period in probation period.
2) As this company is unregistered they dont give me any salary slip. Amount is deposited in my account directly. They didnt give me any appointment letter while joining. But made me to sign At Will employment.
Please let me know do i need to serve this notice period? If I abscond can they take any legal action? I dont expect any experience letter from this company.
