Hello All, I am working in Gujarat with a Software Company, I would like to know how can we retain the employees who wants to leave the company in detail.

Firstly you have to find out the real reasons they want to leave your company. If you notice some behaviors or signs of resignation, you will need to prepare for a stay interview.
A “stay interview” is a periodic one-on-one structured retention interview between a manager and a highly valued “at-risk-of-leaving employee” that identifies and then reinforces the factors that drive an employee to stay. It also identifies and minimizes any “triggers” that might cause them to consider quitting.
