it is Register of persons employed. According to Section 75 all the contractor are supposed to maintain a register in respect of each establishment where he have employed his labour

Rule 75 of the the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Central Rules, 1971 has prescribed that every contractor shall maintain a
"Register of persons employed"
in respect of each registered establishment where he employs contract labour a register in Form XIII.
