I have 7 months work experience in an organisation and I wanted to know, Is there any rule in ESI that my experience should be more than 9 months to get Esi benefit of 42 days leave with encashment and expenditure reimbursement for miscarriage? It was an emergency admit in pvt hospital.

If you have contributed for more than 70 days during the two previous contribution periods, you are eligible for benefit.But you should report the case to your panel doctor/dispensery and get mandatory certificate and submit the same to branch office to get monetary benifits.
