I am currently working in an organisation from last 5 months but i am not satisfied with my job.I joined as a fresher. The working environment id tough and i have to work long hours more than 12 hrs per day eventhought the salary is low. And the bond amount is 41 times than my salary structure. My agreement period is 3 years.
I want to switch the company please help me out.Because the HR will surely take necessary legal steps.
Pleas give me suggestion that after leaving will they claim and get money from me as an agreement done over bond paper issued by court.
Is there any law in our court to claim money from freshers .

The Bond is not enforceable unless the Company has imparted some special training at their cost.

Yes,this is correct.Bond is enforceable only in case training at cost. And that also only to the extent of expenditure on training.
You have not given full details, hence the reply is based on assumption that you were imparted training at employer cost.

Since you have signed the bond for 3 years, also you are new to the company and environment, My suggestion would be "Be patient" for some time and try to learn upcoming things, as in starting when you are fresher sometimes you becomes impatient when things are not going how you want them to go. still if you find that you are not learning anything or the nature of work is not as you have expected then just go to your seniors/ Manager, talk to them about the problem and ask if you can get something of your interest. as there are so many work options in a company. may be you are not satisfied with your current role but you can do good if work is as per your interest & expectation.
Finally if you are not at all liking the company,environment and you think that there is no scope to work for that profile or company then you should not compromise, get some good offer from the market first, once you have a offer then arrange for the money and break the bond by paying to the company. because your career is more important, money you can get any time :)

I had given training for near about 30 days i.e with ppt and hands on. But my training period is 1 year and hence less salary for 1 yr. The work which i m doing is having less scope in India to see my self in good position after few yrs.Only 5 companies are there in india which is similar like this. So i m little bit tensed and as i m from north Indian, i want to go back my place after gaining experience. But consistences are like that there are no companies who can pay for my knowledge after few yrs.
One of my friend who joined wiyh me had already left without any notice and he told that due to family issue he will not able to continue.\
Now the HR had mailed and gave him the dead line to return and if he will not then the will take ligal action.
So will the company can take the bond amout ?????

I cracked a examination that is written and i am having f2f on next week.I think i will get the offer.
But the thing is i am afraid of bond amount for current company.It is in laks.
Being fresher i dont have any idea how to move forward.Please show me the correct way.I want to region but company will not let me to do if i m going and asking for resignation.

No the HR cannot recover the amount by legal action as the bond is not enforceable under law and is against freedom of profession under the constitution of India.

HR can not do anything whenever the employee is not willing to work. But only the thing is either you have to serve Notice Period or pay the amount of Bond. Being a fresher you may feel pressure for the first few months.
If u switch on to another Company and same repeats in New Company what will you do, will you go for another again? So my suggestion is to learn more and gain the experience. Don't afraid of work or timings.
