It will be beneficial if you give resignation after 30 days of your delivery . You can take leave from 9th month, however ensure you submit all required forms (obtained from your IMP doctor) to your esic branch office and one copy to your office. Keep Xerox copy with you.
For ESIC wages you only require your contribution of 78 days of previous contribution period.
