Hi
DLP course will not value add in your functional knowledge of HR. You may consider it as an additional certificate only. Generally, the good organizations do not consider DLP students of MBA, therefore, you may or may not get good HR break in reputed MNC's. Therefore, I suggest executive MBA or part time MBA classes from Reputed institute. It will help to enhance your technical knowledge as well as overall perspective of HR.
