Hii! Myself Moumita.,..I want to know that about Hr counsellor. I am selected in an aviation institute as an Hr counsellor so, my experience will be as an Hr because I only focused on my career in hr profile.
I have completed my MBA last year with specialisation in hr & finance. And still looking for a better opportunity I am fresher till now, I have no experience in any job.

Hi Moumita,

HR role has been evolving over the years. Current perspectives suggest that the HR department is responsible for providing advice and counsel,engaging in service activities, policy formulation and implementation, and employee advocacy.

HR professionals are Employees' advocate.

In playing this role, HR professional treads on a delicate line to maintain an equilibrium between the employees and the Company Management. He counsels/advises the Employees and Management alike especially in areas of employee motivation during Union Negotiation meetings to ensure stability is maintained in the organization.

HR professional should play this advocacy role through delegation to enable him/her address more HR strategic roles in the organization.

HR professional, although well versed in counseling, should be seen to practice this role effectively through delegation.

HR should delegate this role to a Consultant/Psychologist, who will handle this professionally and feedback to the HR.

Hi!....But I am still not clear my doubt.......
JBL supreme its an institute in hospitality and aviation just startup small organization,.. and I don't have much idea my experience will be counted as an HR profession or not, I am really worried about my profession and my salary will be low in comparative other sectors. so, can anyone help me for my right decision,... if I would go wrong
I will suggest have some experience and then switch for better pakage..how many year of experience do u have?

Pl ask for your duties and responsibilities in this role rather complete job description. If the scope of work is limited only to counselling, then you may use it as a stepping stone and keep trying for better opportunity.

if I will go for HRO the profile it means HRO blackened process in Capgemini then it will be also counted as an hr experience.
hello, would you suggest me, if I will go for 'Public Relations Executive' profile then it comes under hr profession at the private organization? coz I want to be an HR in my successful life. It will be counted as an experience in HR..... if I will go for Public Relation Executive profile.

"Public Relation Executive" is a part of marketing or media industry where one is responsible for maintaining the public image of the company or to maintain the relationship between the company & other organisations. So, as per my knowledge, the experience in this profile will not be accounted in HR profile.
