To oversee development of policies, procedures and objectives for selling the organization's products and services.
To Plan, organize, implements sales programs for the organization and is responsible for achieving overall sales goal. To visit key markets to evaluate operations and provides supervision and leadership to subordinates. To lead agents and sales associates in selecting, developing and monitoring performance of them. To provide positive leadership within Sales team with clear direction, motivation to achieve targets both financial and volume.
