I am in look out for "Gujarat Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Rules, 2014". Whatever available online is in draft stage. Not the final notification.
I found one book been published by Hemdip and the edition is 2014. With the hope to get the final notified version of this rule, buy this book and surprised to found the same draft notification inside the book.
Can anyone put light on this topic? Whether the final notification of this rule comes or not? If yes, where I can see or buy it?
In this draft notification its very clear that the industries in Gujarat needs to take a Fire License (Fire NOC) from fire department. But as this in the draft stage we can't quote this as reference. Any other reference if anyone can give, would be so grateful.
