This is a very good presentation, and somehow I had missed it when you posted it in the year 2016. It is a general treatise that addresses EI and EQ on equal footing. Some people distinguish between the two, which might be more of academic interest. This general awareness itself can lead a reader to higher levels of self-development and improvement in interpersonal relationships. For the record, now EI 2.0 has also been introduced. Thanks for sharing.
