PLease respond or sgugest on my situation..

I was a working individual i n an It companyand was in a Senior position. I had been Terminated by my Employer on Fraudulent activities which i did and has accepted in front of them (on the day of termination itself).

Fraudulent activity was : I have done interviews of candidates who has Fake Expereince and they got selected. I have taken bribes from few of them. No Verification was done by the HR and he also got terminated based on the same reason along with the employees who are fake.

Till now neither me nor the terminated fake exp employees received any kind of relieving letters or Experience letters from the management side. It has been 2 weeks or more after this has happened. And when we called them there is no proper response from their end. We dont know their plans actually what they are trying to do or will they provide us the letter or not we dont know.

I dont think i have incurred any financial losses to the company directly because of this, but they will try to point out a reason to tell that the fake resources work or skills are not up to the mark.

Please advise on how to handle this situation and i don't want any one including me to suffer in their careers further because of the mistake i have made. I just wanted to help persons to find a job and it ends up with the current situation in where i am in along with other persons.

Sorry but what you have committed is offense under multiple counts of Indian Penal Code.
1) Section 420 - Cheating your employer and taking bribe provides motive
2) Section 468 - If you helped the candidates for to create false documents or they carried and submitted false document. Your approval to that brings you in this section.
3) Section 470 - Forging Documents and Electronic Record.
So consult an advocate and see this website below for details on the above sections.
