Good day, everyone!
My name is Tatsiana, I am originally from Belarus but currently residing in Delhi. I am a life coach and could not help but share my daily motivation with you. I believe the greatest resource we have is ourselves, but unfortunately, we are not always paying enough attention to our personal development. We are always striving to improve others, provide training, offer extra classes. I do not try to minimise the importance of corporate training or other forms or education, but want to encourage you to take a break and do something for yourself, for your personal growth!
Buddhism philosophy states it very clear, we have all been given a chance to be happy and should be striving to achieve happiness during our lifetime. It all starts with ourselves, but, of course, not at the expense or to the exclusion of others. It is important to attain happiness for yourself, as brushing aside your own happiness and caring for others’ is not sufficient either. We can work on our happiness and at the same time to add value to others, support, direct and inspire them in their own journeys. True happiness is not shared in a direct proportion between the variables, it is experienced simultaneously by both yourself and others.
So here is my tip on where to start:
Schedule at least 30 mins a day just for yourself. Come up with an activity in advance, whether it is shopping, cooking, reading a book, or simply sitting in silence. Make sure it is something you truly enjoy. Practice daily! You will soon see the positive results it will bring into your life.
