Dear Senior, Required your guidance for the below-mentioned topic. We have an existing PF employer code of Chennai and we are paying the contribution regularly, nowadays we are going to shift our ROC registration to Gujarat in this condition can we shift our company employer code to Gujarat or can we transfer it or do we have to take fresh registration in Gujarat please help.

visit the R/O and discuss, shifting is not a single day job, so discuss the issue in brief with your shifting schedule, they will guide you accordingly
yes, if the R/O will get everything ok, then they will close present code and allot the destination code in the new location. Paperwork and formalities would be guided by EPFO
