Hi Could anyone refer any Best HR Payroll Software (Free download) for my company where 100 to 200 employees working.

It would be quite unwise to take the risk of dependency on a free payroll software for 200 people strong company. Normally for free software, nobody owns the solution where as if it is owned by a company and the service is for a price, there will be terms of use, service agreements and certainly the trust factor can be very high.
In case if you are looking at just a free software for HR & Payroll, if it is due to lack of fund, or complications in buying software, I would suggest to go for software solution on rent ( the more familiar name is Software as a Service). Try the some of the best SAAS solutions for HR & Payroll

it takes care of ...
a) Monthly Salary
b) Tax calculation
c) Payslips every month
d) Tax workings & projections every month
e) Quarter returns
f) Form 16 & Form 24
g) Any Income tax notices pertaining to the period they have taken care of your payroll. ( With nominal charges )
h) Any Income tax notices pertaining to the period they have not taken care of your payroll. ( With nominal charges again)
I) There have their own portal, so everything gets smooth and done electronically.
And much more, you will also get guidance on latest updates. All the best. They have clients more than 600 from various city of India
