We are belong to Small Start Up Software Industry so far we are not following any type of leave policy on demand we all are working and also giving holidays to employees based on their situations. One employee applied for leave 1 week he joined on May 20 2016 only already one sick also he taken we already approved that one week leave but still he agaain extended three days leave so we plan to mark LOP for 3 days but he not ready to accept now he is asking for show me the leave details how many leave are pending for me ? so I am going to initiate the leave policy can you please give me the solution for that particular employee also plz guide me the leave policy.
