I works with a Multinational National Shipping Company in India, now their business have been wind up & lay off many of their employees. In my case i work for them 3 years and 8 Months as a Contract employee with third party payroll. They have given me 2 months notice as department to which am working have been permanently closed by the company. I urge for the compensation however they refused, gives reason that my contract does not have clause of compensation in the event of job loss.
