Hello, I need someone's help urgently. Currently, I am working in an MNC company which I joined last month. However, yesterday I received an email stating that my BGV (Background Verification) is negative because my last employer sent an email to my current employer stating that I was absconded from there. This is true, but I did not accept my resignation. I went to HR there, and they told me that there was no need to give a resignation; instead, they would provide me with a relieving letter. I got the relieving letter, but now the HR person who provided it has resigned. The new HR is now saying that I provided a fake relieving letter to my current company. I explained everything to him, but he does not agree. Now, I have been given two days by my company to prove that the documents I provided are valid and true. Kindly recommend a solution quickly; otherwise, I will lose my job. Please, please help. Thank you in advance.

Regards,
Suri

Dear Mr. Suri,

The documents you provided from the previous company will be printed on the company letterhead of that company, which is the first proof. The signature will be of the old HR who left, providing the second proof. This arrangement should help you in convincing them easily.

Thank you.
