Hello All, Greetings for the day !!!
I am working as an HR in a company and wanted to know that ESIC is calculated as 1.75% of gross (Employee contribution) and 3.75% of gross in case of employer contribution.Is it right ?

Hi, Gross salary ESI Contribution Employee = 1.75% of Gross salary Employer = 4.75% of Gross exmple.10000 gross. employee contribution:1.75%*10000=175 & employer contribution:4.75%*10000=475
