Would like to take advice on how we can treat an internal transfer.
Option 1. My Tunisian employee currently working in Dubai will be posted in Tunisia to better handle North Africa activities. How can we calibrate his UAE salary to make a good match for Tunisian Manager position salary. What is the start date for North Africa Social Insurance registration to be done. How does it affect the DOJ or EOSB.
Option 2. Divide the salary to TND and AED and how can we make such an arrangement.

I would recommend the following:
1) Look at the current market median rate for managers in Tunisia.
2) Compare the employee's current salary (AED) exchange rate value to the Tunisian money (TND).
3) If the comparison shows that the TND equivalent of the current AED salary is below the market median rate of managers, then you will have to make the upward adjustments if the transfer is considered as a vertical movement or promotion for the employee.
