hello
I have worked for Accenture and was resigned in the year 2014 january
Now i am trying to withdraw my PF
I came to know that there is a procedure to claim the PF without the attestation of the previous employer if UAN is available
I am unable to get the forms and i am unable to know to whom ot what address the documents needs to be submitted
My PF number shows the account is from Mumbai /Bandra location

Yes you can do that if the following are completed:-
1) UAN is tagged with Adhar card
2) Uan Kyc is updated and verified by employer
3) Uan is tagged with Bank account number
4) Fill online form 19 and file withdrawal

Dear concern,
To withdrawal PF without attestation of employer it is required that you UAN must be activated second your KYC must be updated i.e. PAN, AADHAR & BANK A/C
If you full fill these cretaria, you need to download a PF withdrawal form 'UAN based form through EPFO official site, sign this and forward to related EPFO.
For any other assistance you can interact directly.
Thanks
