Minimum wages for Jharkhand State has been revised effective 01.10.2016 due to escalation in respective V.D.A.'s. The Revised Wages are here under:
Unskilled - 268.96
Semi Skilled - 280.88
Skilled - 375.97
Highly Skilled - 427.13
I have written new wages for ready purpose. For detailed information, please go through attached notification.

Dear Jitesh and Pinku,
Basic wages are notified on circular dated 26.08.2015. You may find the same in my other thread. Now VDA revises generally in six months. You may add VDA to that basic to get basic of today's date.
Basic wages are also revised time to time. In jharkhand basic was revised effective 16.06.2011 and 26.08.2015 respectively. Till new basic not identified, you may keep on adding VDA only.

As per Notification no.1551 dated 26.08.2015 of Jharkhand calculation, the revised minimum wages for unskilled workmen (contract labour) is Rs.251.92 per day. If we add 7.11% VDA as per Notification dated 01.10.2016, the total wages calculates to Rs.269.83 (against Rs.268.96 appearing in your post). It will be helpful for us if you can share your calculation for resolving this discrepancy.
