Hi Gayathri,
it will depends o your head who will take the interview and also on depends on the performance of the candidate.
if it is a reputed consultancy they will take around 3 to 4 rounds of interview. 1 st round will be telephonic round of interview and after that the concerned manager / team lead will take the interview and business head or BDm will take the interview. if another head is there then another round will add up after that it will be offer part. will be there.
in any small or big consultancy it will almost all around 3 to 4 rounds of interview process will be there or depending upon the company rules some consultancies will have only one round of interview and another round is offer
hope you cleared your doubt.

thank you vani,
1st round - interview taken by the CEO
2nd round - Resume source
3rd round - letter writing
4th round - Mock call
5th round - HR round.
This is the process taken by a consulting firm to recruit the recruiters.

Hi,
1. Source the right profile
2. If possible condut a telephonic round
3. If Good in communication, call for personal interview
4. Get in to conversation and probe more in detail ie. exp, fmly background, edu background, etc/
5. Get some work done, ie. sourcing some resumes, calling up some candies, etc.
6. Introduce them to the head of your co.
7. Offer/Appointing/Rejection
8. Training
9. Motivation, etc.
Hope now you are clear about it.
Cheers!
