An employee left and joined another hospital without paying her loan due amount. Can we write a letter to their new employer about legal action? if so what wil/ be the letter of content. or what will be the procedures.
Even we called and explained her she did not respond for payment

It's a matter between you and employee. You will have to write to her cautioning her about the legal consequences in case she does not pay. Give her a week to 10 days to respond. After that send a legal notice. She will respond back and either pay the full money or seek time to pay it up. If she still plays truant, then write to her employer stating the facts and inform them that you will be filing a case for the recovery of the amount. Mark a cc to her. If her employer does not respond, then file a case for recovery of the amount.

It is advisable to have an undertaking from some one in the organisation stating that he/she will pay the loan in case the applicant defaults.
We have this clause in our organisation.

How her FNF has been done and relieved from duty, is she an absconder please advise. She can be served with a notice to repay the loan amount immediately or else she will face legal consequences.

by not giving appropriate background, you seem to be quite a raw hand, who assumed that the the responding members are astrologers or can guess aptly how and why the employee left.
By the way, WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY, "employee left"? Please clarify, whether he left on acceptance of his resignqation, terminated by the management, or absented without permission and joined other hospital?
