Can you please further clarify on your query? Are you a training professional or a student? Employee training is conducted to build specific skills amongst the staff members. Now more than skills why are you interested in "themes"? Training is not conducted only to build skills and stop at that but it is conducted to bring positive organisational change. Therefore, there is only one theme and organisational change. Therefore, irrespective of the training programme, what matters is this change was brought or not. After the training, whether we are able to measure what was increased or decreased.
